Connecting the Facts: Long Island's Young Adult Population animated banner :: This informative piece was created to shed a light on the significant population loss of 25- to 34-year-olds on Long Island, otherwise known as the brain drain. Developed for the Rauch Foundation's Long Island Index project, the animated banner highlights the key issues driving young adults out of Long Island including limited jobs, low salaries, and lack of rentals and affordable housing.
