Customer Strategist Journal :: Art direction and editorial design for an executive journal, published quarterly by ttec, providing progressive insights and research on customer experience technology, services and strategies. 

Starting a few years back with a redesign and new masthead really  brought this publication up-to speed with the ttec corporate brand. Ongoing creation of the 52-page journal every few months offered creative freedom and exploration to evolve the editorial design even further—with the added assignment of featured infographic design and also promotional video work.
