Badass Bagels Identity :: During that recent pandemic, I gleefully jumped on the sourdough bandwagon and started baking bread... then, subsequently, moved on to bagels. Working with a local chef and restauranteur who's sourdough bagel business was just beginning to take-off, I discovered my hidden talent for crafting wild yeast bagels, as well as heavenly brioche doughnuts (who knew?). And the icing—or, rather, the pimento scallion cream cheese—on top, was the opportunity to design this unique identity and initial brand development. 🥯⚡️ Now, in its second year, these delicious, hand-crafted, bagels and provisions continue to sell-out each week, and the Badass Bagel brand (and merch!) is beloved by a loyal fan base.
